Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase so we offer the option to exchange your order if you notify us via email within one week of purchase. For faulty items we offer an exchange or full refund.


All items are quality checked prior to shipment. Please note that due to the handmade nature of our designs, each piece is unique. There may be slight colour variations and our pieces are designed to naturally tarnish with age. Crystal items are delicate and should be handled with care. All items come with a care card so please retain this.
If you wish to return a faulty product, MARIPOSSA will happily repair, exchange or refund the original piece in accordance with the following process:
• The product must have been purchased within one week of notification 
• You must notify MARIPOSSA by email at with:

- a photograph of the item with a description of the fault

- "proof of purchase", being either the PayPal confirmation, or email confirmation 
from us

• MARIPOSSA will respond within 24hrs with a Return ID number and confirmation of return 
postal address 
• Customers 
will be reimbursed upon receipt of item
• Customers must cover the cost of return shipping• Australian customers please send via Australia Post in a Platinum Express Post bag 
• MARIPOSSA cannot be responsible for goods that may be lost or damaged in transit therefore please ensure any returned items are thoroughly packaged with 
bubble wrap, securely and clearly addressed 
• Refunds will be made through PayPal. The refund will be processed as soon as the items 
have been received by us however, please allow up to 14 days from the day you return 
the product for your account to be credited

Note: Exchanges are only possible if the item is available.
Crystals naturally vary in size, colour and shape. Your piece will bare individual characteristics and will vary slightly.
